About Jeff Nippard
Jeff Nippard is a Canadian natural bodybuilder and powerlifter. He is a leading figure in "science-based lifting", using research to bust gym myths.
Video one
His oldest public video is a bodybuilding posing routine from a 2014 natural competition in California, from his time competing on stage.
The breakthrough
With a degree in biochemistry, Nippard began breaking down research on training and nutrition into clear, well-produced videos. His evidence-first approach stood out against "broscience" and built a big audience.
Today
He makes training and nutrition videos and sells structured workout programmes for beginners to advanced lifters.
