About Jenna Marbles
Jenna Mourey, known as Jenna Marbles, was one of YouTube's most beloved comedians of the 2010s. She was known for weird, warm and very personal videos, often starring her dogs.
Video one
The oldest public video on her channel is "Charles Franklin Marbles is a Sad Sad Man", a short early clip from February 2010. She took the name Marbles from her dog.
The breakthrough
Later in 2010, her video "How to Trick People Into Thinking You're Good Looking" went massively viral and launched her career. For a decade she uploaded weekly, moving from relationship comedy to strange DIY experiments and crafts, and built one of the platform's most devoted fanbases.
Today
In 2020 she apologised for some of her older content and announced an indefinite hiatus from YouTube. She has not returned, but her channel remains up and is still fondly remembered.
