About FaZe Rug
Brian Awadis, long known as FaZe Rug and now simply Rug, makes vlogs, challenges and prank videos. He was one of the most popular faces of the gaming organisation FaZe Clan.
Video one
His channel's oldest public video is "Welcome to my New Channel!" from July 2012, made when he was a young teenager posting gaming clips.
The breakthrough
Rug grew as a member of FaZe Clan, the gaming and entertainment group, then found an even bigger audience with family-friendly vlogs, challenges and pranks. He became a co-owner of FaZe Clan as the brand grew.
Today
After 13 years he left FaZe Clan at the end of 2025 and now creates independently, still focusing on vlogs and challenges.
